# 习惯追踪器 (Habit Tracker)

本技能帮助你建立和追踪日常习惯，记录每日打卡情况，计算连续天数与完成率。

## 核心能力

### 1. 创建习惯 (`create`)
- 为习惯命名、添加描述
- 可选设置每周目标天数（默认 7 天，即每天）

### 2. 打卡 (`checkin`)
- 为指定习惯标记今日已完成
- 支持指定日期补打卡

### 3. 取消打卡 (`uncheck`)
- 撤销某日的打卡记录

### 4. 查看进度 (`status`)
- 显示所有习惯的当前连续天数、历史最长连续天数、本周完成率
- 可视化打卡日历（近 14 天）

### 5. 删除习惯 (`delete`)
- 删除不再需要的习惯

### 6. 今日概览 (`today`)
- 快速查看今日哪些习惯已完成、哪些待完成
