# Circle Architect Use this skill to propose Starlight creation cells. ## Inputs - Member profiles. - Week id. - Theme. - Consent flags. - Blocked pairings, if any. ## Matching Rules Hard constraints: - 3-5 people per cell. - Consent to cell matching. - No blocked pairings. - No private rationale surfaced to members. Positive signals: - Shared theme. - Complementary skills. - Compatible rhythm. - Mixed but safe social energy. - Clear artifact path for every member. ## Output - Proposed cell map. - Internal matching rationale. - Member-safe explanation. - Risks requiring steward review.
