SKILL.md (first lines)

Manage a per-user macOS LaunchAgent that runs `/loom-daddy:process --commit` on a schedule using
the user's Claude subscription (no API key). It is a local agent (gui domain) wrapped in a login
shell, with ANTHROPIC_API_KEY unset and a scoped tool allowlist - validated by the Phase 0 spike.

Run the requested action (`$1` is install, remove, or status; pass any extra flags through):
```bash
cd "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}" && npx tsx --env-file-if-exists=.env scripts/schedule.ts $ARGUMENTS
```

Guidance:
- `install` writes and loads the LaunchAgent. Preview it first with `install --dry-run` to show the
  generated plist without writing anything. Default cadence is 45 minutes; override with
  `--interval N`. Tell the user to stay logged in for the first run so the subscription credential
  is reachable (keychain access is only available in the logged-in session).
- `status` reports whether the agent is installed and loaded, points at the log, and runs a quick
  auth probe to confirm the subscription is reachable.
- `remove` unloads and deletes the agent.
