# Projects map `projects-map.md` is the source of truth for the project portfolio: cluster layout, cross-repo relationships, and keyword routing. It lives under `PROJECTS/`, not `CONTEXT/`. Read `~/OPS/PROJECTS/projects-map.md` now. Read the routing table to place a request, or the cluster layout when scaffolding a new project.
