# Dependency Rule Enforcer Use this skill to validate imports. Domain/business logic MUST NOT import ORMs, HTTP frameworks, or concrete UI components. Use Dependency Inversion. **Constitution Alignment**: This skill strictly enforces the principles laid out in Eric's Engineering Constitution.
