Run the bundled static validator first when a Team Spec is available: ```bash python3 scripts/validate_team_spec.py path/to/team-spec.json --json ``` Then perform semantic review that scripts cannot fully determine: - Are scores supported by evidence? - Is multi-agent coordination actually justified? - Are role missions narrow and non-overlapping? - Are task packets sufficient but minimal? - Do gates test the changed behavior? - Could a malicious file or prompt expand authority? - Are retries likely to repeat unchanged failures? - Is human approval positioned after enough evidence is available? Classify findings as critical, major, minor, or observation. Include exact paths, evidence, impact, and remediation. Do not edit implementation files while acting as independent auditor.
