Read START_HERE.md. Installation of this skill does not approve scripts or global configuration.

Default: `python -B -m aerp doctor --out .aerp/runs` from the repository root (AUDIT_PLAN). Add LAB only with an explicit lab directory. Apply only with `--approval` that is not the boolean `true`.

Observe the actual tool runtime. Do not launch pwsh to impersonate the default shell. Keep failed baseline and successful workaround trials separate. Live Codex sqlite is read-only. A no-op on a healthy machine is success.
