Generate a complete DESIGN.md design-system specification at the root of the current project, synthesized from whatever material is available — a written description, UI screenshots, one or more live website URLs, code snippets, a reference brand, or the project's own codebase (CSS variables, Tailwind config, theme files, component styles). Use whenever the user asks to create or update a DESIGN.md, document or extract a design system, pull design tokens out of code, screenshots, or a website ("照着这个网站生成设计规范"), "写一份设计规范 / 生成设计文档", wants their UI to follow a named brand's look (e.g. "make it feel like Stripe/Linear/Vercel"), or needs a machine-readable token spec (colors / typography / spacing / radius / components) so future UI work stays consistent.
