# 기술부채 요청 범위의 실제 코드에서 중복 계약, 강한 결합, 죽은 코드, 취약한 테스트 경계를 찾는다. 각 항목에 파일·줄, 구체적 영향, 심각도, 수정 노력, 우선순위를 붙인다. 현재 기능 결함과 미래 유지보수 부담을 구분한다. 근거 없는 대규모 재작성 권고를 피하고 작은 개선 경로를 제시한다. 감사 요청만으로 코드를 일괄 수정하지 않는다. 모델·추론 선택은 적용된 공통 AGENTS가 가리키는 모델·추론 정본을 따른다. 이 스킬은 실행 모델을 변경하지 않는다.
