## Seller Qualification Questions

1. "What's your timeline for selling?"
2. "Why are you looking to sell?"
3. "What condition is the property in?"
4. "What are you hoping to get for the property?"

## Negotiation Framework

1. **Acknowledge** - Validate their position
2. **Educate** - Share market reality
3. **Present** - Make your offer
4. **Silence** - Let them respond

## Status Codes

| Status | Description |
