# OpenSpec Light Use for Change tasks. ## Required Files Create under `openspec/changes/<change-id>/`: - `proposal.md` - `tasks.md` Do not create `design.md` or `APPROVED.md` for Change unless risk increases. ## proposal.md Keep it short: - Background - Goal - Success criteria - Non-goals ## tasks.md Tasks must be executable in small steps. Each task should include verification: ```text 1. [step] -> Verify: [check] ``` If the task expands into architecture, public API, database, or cross-module change, reclassify to Initiative before implementation.
