# Agent Memory Repository (Cognition Open Standard)

Alias of [[agent-memory]] skill. Refer to `skills/agent-memory/SKILL.md` for full instructions on recalling, writing, dreaming, and managing persistent memory.

OMP uses `/init-memory` and `/memory-status`, shares the existing memory directories, and requires `memory.backend: off`. See the OMP adapter section of the main skill for snapshot and confirmation rules.
