# ac-defer

1. Read `../aftercare/SKILL.md` first and follow its runtime resolution and queue rules.
2. Recover the ticket id from the invocation text. If no id is present but exactly one ticket is `in_progress`, you may use that ticket.
3. Run `defer <id>` with the user's reason when present.
4. Return the updated ticket status and the next queued candidate.
