Universal context onboarding engine for BenOS. Use whenever a new venture, client, or project needs to be initialized into the system. Triggers on: 'new venture', 'new client', 'new project', 'onboard [name]', 'set up context for [name]', 'initialize [name]', or any drop of raw entity information (Phase I abstract, company description, project brief, etc.). Creates and populates a Supabase knowledge_base record with a full context package using the Why / What 1 / What 2 / Who / How framework. Detects existing items and offers to update rather than duplicate. Supersedes client-onboarding skill — use this for all entity types including CC clients. Always fire when a new venture, client, or project is being brought into BenOS for the first time, or when existing context needs a refresh.
