# Project Refresh Use the repo's live project-doc surface. The default layout is `docs/`, but follow any repo-local override declared in `AGENTS.md`. Read: 1. `project-spine.md` on the live project-doc surface 2. `current-milestone.md` on the live project-doc surface 3. `open-questions.md` on the live project-doc surface 4. `session-brief.md` on the live project-doc surface 5. `core/freshness-model.md` only when freshness needs to be assessed explicitly Do: - check stage and milestone clarity - detect stale, contradictory, or missing context - classify freshness when needed: `current`, `stale`, or `unknown` - tighten milestone scope, assumptions, and acceptance criteria - convert vague ambiguity into explicit open questions or defaults Write back: - `current-milestone.md` on the live project-doc surface - `open-questions.md` on the live project-doc surface - `session-brief.md` on the live project-doc surface
