Routes to the `gads-conversions` subagent. The agent runs:

```

Returns the standard `summary / findings / metrics` shape.

`gads_conversions.py --customer <id> --diagnostics --json` returns recent offline
import status, alerts and counts by uploading client. Empty results are unknown,
not healthy. This does not verify browser or enhanced-conversions-for-leads delivery.
