# Job description

## Before writing

Check the notes cover the role title, team, level, location or remote policy, and the main responsibilities. Ask for anything essential that is missing, in one message.

## Format

1. **Title**: the role as it will be advertised.
2. **About the role**: 2–3 sentences on why it exists and what success looks like after a year.
3. **What you'll do**: 5–7 bullets, each starting with a verb.
4. **What you'll bring**: required skills and experience, 4–6 bullets.
5. **Nice to have**: 2–3 bullets, clearly optional.
6. **What we offer**: only what the notes state.
7. **Practical details**: location, working pattern, salary range if given, how to apply.

## Rules

- Inclusive language: no gendered words, no "rockstar" or "ninja", no age signals such as "young" or "digital native".
- Require only what the job truly needs. Move the rest to Nice to have.
- Never invent benefits, salary or company facts.
- Plain English, second person ("you'll"), under 600 words.
