Prepare and build a release. Resolve the toolkit root from `toolkitPath` in `~/.config/flutter-tools-kit/ftk-settings.json`, then read `knowledge/release-checklist.md` from it and follow it as the authoritative checklist. ## Process 1. Preflight: clean git tree, `flutter analyze` clean, `flutter test` passing. Stop and report on any failure. 2. Version: bump `pubspec.yaml` `version: X.Y.Z+B` (semver from the argument or ask; always increment `+B`). Commit the bump. 3. Signing preflight (Android): verify `android/key.properties` and the release signingConfig exist. If missing, walk the user through creating a keystore (`keytool -genkey`) and wiring it — never generate or store passwords yourself, and confirm keystore files are gitignored. 4. Build per the checklist for the requested platform(s). On Windows, iOS builds are delegated: report the exact CI/Mac command instead of attempting `flutter build ipa` locally. 5. Verify output artifacts exist at the expected paths and report their sizes. 6. Tag: `git tag vX.Y.Z` and show the push command (do not push without being asked). 7. Report artifact paths and the store-upload steps from the checklist. Do not upload anywhere yourself.
