# Prepare a live briefing

Parse `$ARGUMENTS`, then load the relevant system contract, latest non-expired
evidence manifest, architecture decisions, and unresolved limitations.

Produce:

1. the audience's urgent problem and a one-sentence outcome;
2. a timed live route through problem, architecture, execution, evaluation,
   evidence, trade-offs, and next decision;
3. exact evidence links for every quantitative or deployment claim;
4. three failure or objection scenarios and grounded responses;
5. current costs, limitations, unverified assumptions, and rollback path;
6. a fallback route using stored evidence if Azure is unavailable;
7. question cards for security, reliability, compliance, architecture, cost,
   operations, and sovereign-cloud portability.

During Q&A, answer from evidence and primary documentation. Clearly say when an
answer is unknown, stale, inferred, or requires a new evaluation. Do not invent
customer results, production scale, compliance certification, or cloud support.
