Work through saved sources into an Obsidian vault, wiki or knowledge bundle. Use this whenever someone wants to turn documents they have already collected into linked notes, or to continue that work — "process the rest of these", "pick up where we left off", "work through the backlog", "add this article to the vault", "where did we get to", "what's left to do". Also use it to sort a pile of links or URLs into the right vault or subject area and say whether any new subject is justified; to set up a new vault before its first sources go in; and to check whether existing notes actually match the sources they cite, or whether anything was ever reviewed. One article or a backlog of hundreds — same skill. Reach for it even when the request is casual and names no method, since this is the common case. Not for summarising a single document someone just handed you, not for fetching or converting URLs into markdown files, and not for answering questions out of notes that already exist.
