# 2718lab DevKit Manual Index Use this short manual only for an explicitly scoped DevKit task. It carries no task, cache, project, or workflow state into another project. | Topic | Manual | | --- | --- | | Fast Lane plan fields and host boundary | \`fast-lane-routing\` | | Workflow design (default Fast Lane policy) | \`workflow-design\` | | Bugkiller | \`bugkiller\` | | Code Atlas | \`code-atlas\` | | Python MCP | \`mcp-server-dev\` | | OSS release hygiene | \`oss-repo-ops\` | | Python engineering | \`python-engineering\` | Skills are reference manuals, not executable tools. The MCP runtime and its contracts live under \`mcp-tools/\`; use the repository README for the full map. ## Current host compatibility For package-format or post-upgrade diagnosis, use the repository's `docs/compatibility/codex-2026-09.md` and read-only `.codex-plugin/check_compatibility.py` on the actual extracted package. A package check does not establish host broker authority, model availability or successful dispatch. Use current tool metadata; retain legacy evidence unchanged.
