# ListKit category hygiene ListKit (or Zapier) labels are often wrong. Fix them whenever you open a thread. ## Rules After reading the full thread: - Warm future / keep-in-mind / substantive engagement / check-back-later must **not** stay Not Interested → use **Interested**. - True nah / opt-out → **Unsubscribed**. - OOO → **Out Of Office**. - Bounce → **Bounced**. - Wrong person can stay Not Interested after ack unless they engage. - Live surplus, bid, auction, or "yes we have X" → **Interested**. Always leave a clear one-line reason in your own notes when you retag. Recategorize in the same pass as the reply when possible.
