About

Guardrails runs input and output guards in an application to detect, quantify and mitigate specific risks, using validators from Guardrails Hub. It can also generate structured data from LLMs. The framework is Apache 2.0 licensed, and the project announced in July 2026 that its hosted remote inferencing is being discontinued.

Use cases: security-scanning, model-inference
