About
Unstract uses LLMs to extract structured JSON from documents such as PDFs, images and scans. Teams define extraction fields with natural-language prompts in Prompt Studio, then deploy the result as an API or an ETL pipeline. It includes an MCP server for AI agents such as Claude and runs locally with Docker.
