Retell builds and runs AI voice and chat agents. It runs the telephony, speech and language model layers, so you configure the agent rather than connect those providers. An agent can be a single prompt or a conversation flow for steps that must run in a fixed order. Retell includes a knowledge base, integrations with CRM and calendar tools, and post-call scoring.
