About
Pomerium sits between MCP clients and internal MCP servers, handling authentication, authorization and observability for each request while the server stays in the internal network. It can manage upstream OAuth for third-party hosted MCP servers and for self-hosted servers that call upstream APIs. Authorization policies apply to every request, including fine-grained access to individual tools.
