About

Lagent builds LLM agents with a PyTorch-inspired design, where agents are composed as layers that pass AgentMessage objects between them. Each call adds its input and output to the agent's memory, which can be inspected, exported or reset per session. A custom aggregator can be written to format messages for the model. The README tutorial runs a vLLM-served model and describes the library as a way to build multi-agent applications.

Use cases: agent-orchestration, agent-memory
