Tools (10)

Read from the source code; the running server may differ. Descriptions are the server’s own words; hidden characters are shown as [U+…].

  • block

Read curated semantic Blocks or bind supplied code paths to a curated Block. Never create mod-* or module Blocks. No file edits or deletes are available.

  • chain

Read curated Chains or add Blocks to a Chain. Composition is additive; replacing members and deleting Chains are unavailable.

  • contextos

With a known goal, ask({onboard:{goal:"ModuleIndex"}}) returns local overview, trusted graph/owners and verified source; ambiguity is partial, no model fallback. Without a goal use ask({overview:true}). ask({request|inspect}) gets exact source evidence. micro delegates bounded API work; agent delegates implementation to a configured CLI. command runs once; command({action:"get",id}) retrieves. change applies edits/verify. ops({capability, action, args}) exposes state and advanced operations. Put parameters in args; projectRoot absolute.

  • messages

After reporting a question, wait locally for a host reply without model polling. Regular OS results already include new messages.

  • os

Read bounded repository context. Batch independent files or ranges into one action whenever possible.

  • read

Batch-read uncovered exact inclusive 1-based ranges. If a range is already covered by verified known evidence, the result returns its reference metadata under alreadyCovered; cite it directly instead of rereading it.

  • report

Report a material finding or blocker to the host on its next OS call. Skip routine progress.

  • run

Run one bounded repository command when command execution was explicitly allowed. Prefer a focused test, lint, build, git diff, or diagnostic command.

  • search

    Description is built at runtime.

  • select

Call select when current evidence is sufficient or more search is unavailable. Prefer refs: copy a short ref handle from a current evidence record; use {id: ref, ranges} only for a verified subrange. Handles are valid only in this ask; never guess one. Legacy full references are accepted but not preferred. State concrete remaining gaps.
