    Add a file/image attachment to an existing note

    Manage the Evernote connection and account. action: "status" runs a health/diagnostic check (auth state, config), "user" returns the account profile + quota, "reconnect" forces reinitialization (useful when "Not connected" errors persist), "revoke" clears the stored auth token.

    Get one or more notes. Batch mode returns { notes, failed?, aborted? } and, if the hourly rate limit hits mid-batch, stops with partial results plus the guids left to resume.

To list a note's attachments, call evernote_get_note — its resources[] enumerates each attachment's metadata.

The two modes are mutually exclusive.
