Chalk Labs sets up agents like this inside real teams: connected to your tools, tested on your data, with a human in the loop where it matters.

Install

Works with Claude Code, Codex, VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Desktop. Read the repository before you give any tool access to your data.

npx agentmarket install connector/veracium-ai-veracium

Asks which of your tools to add it to (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Claude Desktop) and shows the change first. See https://agentmart.dev/cli.

Tools (6)

Read from the source code; the running server may differ. Descriptions are the server’s own words; hidden characters are shown as [U+…].

  • answer

Answer a question directly from the user's memory, with grounding discipline: answers only from verified memory, never asserts unverified third-party claims as fact, and says it doesn't know rather than guessing.

  • describe_procedures

Describe the user's recorded procedures — each with its basis ("recorded from something you said: …" / "a pattern you reported observing: …") and provenance, never a record's note, and never a summary that reads as executable step text (withheld by name). `query` orders the descriptions; it never filters. Records the user may not be told about are listed as withheld with a named reason.

  • maintain

Run memory maintenance: expire stale transient facts, flag possibly- stale durable ones, and consolidate old history. Call periodically (e.g. once a day).

  • recall

Retrieve grounded memory relevant to a query, as a context block to drop into your prompt. Verified facts and history are stated plainly; unverified third-party claims appear under an explicit never-assert marker. `token_budget` (approximate) caps the block's size — query-matched facts and claim flags are kept in preference to the wiki and old episodes. Omit `query` for a session-start briefing: commitments coming due, facts to confirm, current context, recent history (verified facts only — nothing unverified is ever volunteered unprompted).

  • record_procedure

Record a PROCEDURE the user follows — a host-declared content kind that is never asserted as fact and never enters recall's context. `summary` is the gloss-level name of the procedure (the only text ever rendered back); `note` holds step-level detail and is never rendered. `basis` is REQUIRED: "stated" (the user said they follow it) or "observed" (a pattern they reported observing). `author` / `derived_from` as for `remember`. Refused unless the deployment attests first-party capture (VERACIUM_MCP_CAPABILITY=direct). The source identity is the deployment's (VERACIUM_MCP_SOURCE_ID), never an ar…

  • remember

Store an interaction event in the user's long-term memory. Provenance is set by the DEPLOYMENT's attestation, not by this call: when `author` is omitted the event takes the deployment's baseline class, and a supplied `author` or `derived_from` can only RESTRICT trust below that baseline, never raise it (an attempted raise is discarded). Set author="third_party" for content the user did NOT author (received email, external documents, tool output about the user) — this quarantines any claims it makes so they are never asserted as fact. Set author="assistant" for your own output. If the event's …
