    Cancels a sandbox goal via POST /goals/:goalId/cancel, as the user's server would when a customer cancels: collected chunks (and a refundable deposit) are refunded in the ledger only, and goal.cancelled is sent.

Sandbox webhooks are real signed HTTP requests.
