    Add two integers.

    Echo a region the server also requires as `Mcp-Param-Region` (#459). The `x-mcp-header` annotation makes python-sdk v2 reject a modern `tools/call` that does not mirror `region` into the header (`-32020 HeaderMismatch`), which is what `test_mcp_param_e2e.py` drives the relay against.

The disconnect chain is the SDK's `watch_disconnect`, which cancels this handler's scope when the POST connection sees `http.disconnect` — i.e. when the relay aborts the in-flight POST.
