• cancel_scheduled_postCancel a scheduled postcan change or delete data

  Delete a scheduled short or slideshow post before it publishes. Posts that are publishing or already published cannot be cancelled (delete those on the platform itself).

• clip_videoClip a video into shorts

  Queue clipping for an already-imported video_id (from list_videos or get_import_status). Uses the monthly shorts quota. When moment_ids is set, those moments are clipped in order and count is ignored (quota = moment_ids.length). Otherwise count random GPT moments are clipped (default 5). Supports theme, crop_style, short_format, starter_template_id, enhance toggles, and style overrides. Returns a job_id; poll get_clip_status.

  Queue a 9:16 music video up to 60 seconds. Uses the monthly music-video quota. Provide audio_url (music link or public audio file) or audio_path (key from POST /api/v1/music-video/upload). media_type is gameplay (default), aesthetic, or custom; gameplay and aesthetic pick a background clip from the SendShort library, custom uses your own video_url or video_path. sound_wave and beat_bars default to true.   Delete an imported long video to free a long-video slot. Shorts already made from it stay. Confirm the video with the user first. The user cannot restore it from the app.

  Poll a clip job. download_url is only present when the rendered MP4 exists in storage.

  Check SendShort API plan eligibility, long-video slots (max 8; delete in the SendShort app Home if full), IMPORT_SHORTS quota, MUSIC_VIDEO quota (completed jobs plus in-flight), clip rate limits, youtube_import_rate_limit, and music_video_rate_limit. Professional or Business plan required.

  Import a long video from a link: YouTube, Twitch, Kick, or a public direct link to a video file. Checks long-video slots (max 8) first and fails with quota_exceeded if they are full; free a slot with list_videos and delete_video, then retry. Returns a job_id quickly; poll get_import_status until video_id is set, then call clip_video.

  List AI moments for an imported video_id (from list_videos or get_import_status) (gpt and already-created). Pass generate=true to generate GPT moments when none exist yet. Use moment ids with clip_video.moment_ids.

• list_scheduled_postsList scheduled postsread-only

  List the user's scheduled short and slideshow posts, soonest first, with status (scheduled, processing/publishing, published, failed) and, per account, published_at once it went out. A failed short post can be retried from the SendShort calendar. include_past adds posts published in the last 30 days.

• list_shortsList shortsread-only

  List the user's shorts, newest first, with id and name for schedule_short, and video_id of the source long video (null for uploaded or generated shorts). Includes shorts made in the app, not only through this API. A short must be exported (rendered) before it can be scheduled; clip_video and create_music_video results are exported once their download_url is set.

• list_slideshowsList slideshowsread-only

  List the user's slideshows (TikTok photo carousels), newest first, with id and name for schedule_slideshow.

• list_social_accountsList social accountsread-only

  List the TikTok and YouTube accounts the user connected in SendShort (Settings → Preferences). Use the ids with schedule_short and schedule_slideshow. supports.slideshows is true only for TikTok. If none are connected, ask the user to connect one in the SendShort app.
