  • create_calendar_event

Creates a new event in Google Calendar. Supports both timed events (using start_datetime/end_datetime) and all-day events (using start_date/end_date). Can include title, description, location, and attendees. Returns the created event details including the event ID and link.

  • delete_calendar_event

Deletes an event from Google Calendar. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Optionally sends cancellation notifications to attendees.

  • get_calendar_event

Retrieves detailed information about a specific calendar event by ID. Returns full event details including title, time, location, attendees, description, recurrence rules, and reminders. Use this when you need complete information about a particular event.

  • list_calendar_events

Lists events from a Google Calendar within an optional time range. Returns event details including title, time, location, attendees, and description. Useful for checking upcoming meetings, finding events by search query, or reviewing a specific time period. By default, shows the next 10 events from the primary calendar.

  • list_calendars

Lists all calendars available to the authenticated user. Returns calendar details including ID, name, description, time zone, and access role. Use this to discover available calendars before querying events, or to see which calendars the user has access to.

  • query_calendar_freebusy

Queries free/busy information for one or more calendars within a specified time range. Returns time periods when calendars are busy (have events scheduled). Useful for finding available meeting times, checking if someone is free, or scheduling around existing events.

  • update_calendar_event

Updates an existing event in Google Calendar. Only the fields provided will be updated (PATCH semantics). Can update title, description, location, time, and attendees. Returns the updated event details.
