Works with Claude Code, Codex, VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Desktop. Read the repository before you give any tool access to your data.

npx agentmarket install connector/pragneshbagary-memex

Asks which of your tools to add it to (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Claude Desktop) and shows the change first. See https://agentmart.dev/cli.

Tools (6)

Read from the source code; the running server may differ. Descriptions are the server’s own words; hidden characters are shown as [U+…].

  • mem_delete

Delete a memory entry by its id. Args: entry_id: The numeric id shown in mem_list or mem_load output. Use this to remove outdated or incorrect entries.

  • mem_list

List recent memory entries, optionally filtered by tag. Args: limit: How many entries to return (default 20). tag: Optional tag to filter by (e.g. "auth"). Use this to review or clean up stored memories.

  • mem_load

Load relevant memory entries for a new session. Returns the N most recent entries plus any entries that match the hint (keyword search) or overlap with the files list. Args: hint: Optional keyword or phrase describing the current task. files: Optional list of files you're about to work on. Call this at the START of every new Claude Code session.

  • mem_save

Save a memory entry about work just completed. Args: task: One-sentence summary of what was done. files: List of files touched / created / deleted. decisions: Architectural or design decisions made. warnings: Anything surprising or easy to get wrong. tags: Short labels for later filtering (e.g. ["auth", "api"]). notes: Any freeform extra context. Call this: - At the end of a significant task or session. - Whenever you discover something worth warning a future session about. - After making an architectural decision.

  • mem_search

Full-text search across all memory entries. Args: query: Keywords to search for (e.g. "JWT auth middleware"). limit: Max number of results (default 10). Use this when you want to find past work on a specific topic.

  • mem_update

Update an existing memory entry. Only the fields you supply are changed. Args: entry_id: The numeric id shown in mem_list or mem_load output. task: Replacement one-sentence summary. files: Replacement list of files touched. decisions: Replacement list of decisions. warnings: Replacement list of warnings. tags: Replacement list of tags. notes: Replacement freeform notes. Use this to correct a typo, add a warning you forgot, or update tags without losing the entry's original id and timestamp.
