    Return the latest block header for a chain (creationTimeSec, blockHeight, blockHash).

    Build a continuation cmd (scoped signer) for a defpact step, preflight via /local on the target chain, and submit iff sigs are supplied. Caller must supply any SPV proof (see chainweb_spv_proof) and manage transitive-deps.

    Read-only formatting check for .pact/.repl files. Detects trailing whitespace, tabs, excess blank lines, missing newline, CRLF. Never writes.

  • pact_gas_estimateEstimate gas from a .repl with probesread-only

    Parse gas probes emitted by a .repl file (Gas: / env-gas) and return per-probe measurements. Does NOT inject probes.

  • pact_interface_diffDiff the public API of two .pact filesread-only

    Compare before/after .pact files and report added/removed/changed/unchanged symbols with a breakingChange flag.
