    Provider-agnostic spend gate: verify the funded intent's capability token before a side-effecting tool, paid API, vendor action, or settlement workflow executes.

  • paybond_bootstrap_sandbox_guardrail

    Bootstrap a sandbox-only Paybond guardrail intent for a first paid-tool integration. Tenant scope is derived from the configured service-account API key and the route never touches live settlement rails.
