    NoaCG Studio broadcast graphics (lower third, scoreboard, ticker, countdown, any on-air graphic; SPX / CasparCG / OGraf packages): make, check and deliver them. The verbs of the `noacg` terminal CLI; docs "skill" is the procedure, "contract" the rulebook.
