    List the social accounts connected to your multi-upload-tool workspace. Returns each account's id, platform, name, status and tags. Call this first to get the accountIds you pass to publish_carousel or publish_video. Workspaces can hold many accounts: narrow with platform, tag or search instead of reading the whole list.
