Need help deploying Hivemind?

Chalk Labs sets up agents like this inside real teams: connected to your tools, tested on your data, with a human in the loop where it matters.

Install

Works with Claude Code, Codex, VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Desktop. Read the repository before you give any tool access to your data.

npx agentmarket install connector/leonhest-hivemind

Asks which of your tools to add it to (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Claude Desktop) and shows the change first. See https://agentmart.dev/cli.

Tools (13)

Read from the source code; the running server may differ. Descriptions are the server’s own words; hidden characters are shown as [U+…].

  • contract_publish

Publish or change something other agents build against: an API route and its request/response shape, a DB schema, a shared type, an env var, or file ownership. Set breaking=true if existing consumers must change. If it supersedes an existing contract under another key, pass replaces.

  • decision_log

Record a project decision teammates should follow (library choice, convention, architecture). If it overturns an earlier decision, pass replaces so the old one is removed instead of contradicting it.

  • goal_set

Set or change a project goal. If the plan already has goals, you must say how the new one relates: replaces=[keys] when it supersedes them (they are removed), or alongside=true when it's a competing proposal the team hasn't chosen between yet. If you don't know which, ask the user first.

  • note_add

Write to the team notebook: status, observations, measurements, results, environment state (e.g. 'lab box is busy until 14:00', 'eval run: precision 0.82', 'image built locally, not in the registry'). Use this instead of decision_log for anything that is a fact about the current state rather than a choice the team must follow. Notes from the last 24h are shown to every agent.

  • notebook_get

Read the team notebook (status notes, observations, results), newest first. Optionally only notes matching a search term.

  • plan_get

Read the team's shared plan: goals, tasks, contracts (APIs/schemas/types), decisions, open questions, and the last day of notebook entries. Pass kind to see everything of one kind, including finished tasks.

  • plan_remove

Remove an obsolete entry from the plan, optionally naming what replaced it.

  • plan_review

Check the shared plan for contradictions (competing goals, decisions that cannot both hold, obsolete tasks). Takes ~15s. Use it when the plan looks inconsistent, then resolve with goal_set/decision_log replaces or plan_remove, asking the user when it is a team choice.

  • plan_tidy

Find plan entries that are finished, duplicated or outdated (tasks the commits show done, superseded images/deployments, contracts that are only internal details, decisions that are really status). Returns proposals; pass apply=true to apply them. Takes ~20s.

  • question

Ask the team an open question, or answer one: providing answer resolves it and removes it from the open questions.

  • task_add

Add tasks to the shared plan without starting them, e.g. when breaking work down for the team. Tasks are unassigned unless you set owner; teammates' agents pick them up with task_claim.

  • task_claim

Claim a task so teammates know you are working on it. Call before starting a piece of work. To pick up a task already in the plan, pass just its key.

  • task_update

Update a task: progress note, status change, or mark done/blocked.
