    Explains what Buggazi is and how to activate this MCP server (no API key on this session yet).

    Create a new Buggazi tenant. Email is OPTIONAL — you do not need to ask the human first. Returns an API key (shown once) that is LIVE immediately with full access for a 48-hour activation window, and unlocks all Buggazi tools in this session immediately.
