  • complete_node

    Mark a Workflowy node as completed.

  • create_node

    Create a new Workflowy node/bullet.

  • delete_node

    Delete a Workflowy node by its ID.

  • get_node

    Get full details of a specific Workflowy node by its ID.

  • list_children

    List child nodes of a given parent. Nodes are returned sorted by priority. Use a target key like 'home' or 'inbox' as parentId, or omit for top-level nodes.

  • list_targets

    List all Workflowy targets (system locations like 'home'/'inbox' and user shortcuts).

  • move_node

    Move a Workflowy node to a different parent.

  • search_nodes

    Search all Workflowy nodes by keyword and/or completion date range. Matches against node name and note fields. Returns matching nodes with their breadcrumb path for context. At least one of query, completed_after, or completed_before is required. When a date bound is supplied without the completed parameter, completed items are included automatically.

  • uncomplete_node

    Mark a Workflowy node as not completed (uncomplete it).

  • update_node

    Update properties of an existing Workflowy node.
