Get the complete text of one Tagesschau article. Use this when a news listing gave you only a headline or a teaser sentence and you need the full article. Pass the 🔗 Volltext link printed with each item by get_latest_news, get_news_by_ressort or get_regional_news, for example: https://www.tagesschau.de/api2u/inland/innenpolitik/x-100.json A plain https://www.tagesschau.de/....html article link works too. This costs one upstream request per call out of a budget of 60 requests per hour, so call it for the articles that actually matter instead of for every headline in a listing. Results from …

Get the latest news from Tagesschau. This tool reads the homepage feed and returns the full article text for each item. Args: limit: Maximum number of news items to return (default: 10).

Get news by ressort/category. This tool returns metadata only — title, topline, date and a teaser sentence — never the full article text. Args: ressort: The ressort/category to filter by.
