• invapi_batch_convertBatch Convert Invoices

  Process multiple invoice conversion operations in a single request (up to 100). Each operation is processed independently — failures in one do not affect others. Supported operations: - json_to_ubl: Invoice JSON → UBL XML - json_to_cii: Invoice JSON → CII XML - ubl_to_json: UBL XML string → Invoice JSON - cii_to_json: CII XML string → Invoice JSON - zugferd_to_json: ZUGFeRD data → Invoice JSON Each operation needs an 'id' (returned in results), an 'operation' type, and 'input' data.

  Converts a CII XML invoice to the Invapi JSON Invoice format. Provide either the XML content as a string or a path to an XML file.

  Extracts the embedded CII XML from a ZUGFeRD/Factur-X PDF and converts it to the Invapi JSON Invoice format. The PDF must contain embedded XML invoice data.

• invapi_create_zugferd_pdfCreate ZUGFeRD PDF

  Creates a ZUGFeRD/Factur-X PDF by embedding CII XML invoice data into an existing PDF. Requires both a source PDF file and an Invoice JSON object. The invoice is converted to CII XML, validated, and embedded into the PDF.

  Extracts structured invoice data from a PDF or image file using AI. Returns the invoice as a JSON object. Optionally pass known parties for better accuracy, custom instructions for the AI, categories for classification, and enable QR code extraction.

  Scans an image file for QR codes and returns the parsed data as JSON. Useful for extracting payment information from invoice QR codes.

• invapi_get_userGet Invapi User Inforead-only

  Returns the current Invapi user's email, role, and remaining API credits (extraction, conversion, validation, QR). Use this to check your credit balance.

• invapi_validate_ciiValidate CII XMLread-only

  Validates a CII XML invoice against XRechnung 3.0.2 (EN 16931) rules. Provide either the XML content as a string or a path to an XML file.
