extract_run
Run knowledge extractors and merge their sections into the blob; sections of extractors that did not run are kept. `repo` (list of owner/repo) is required by every repo extractor; without it they are skipped. `tracker` (jira, linear, github-issues, bitbucket-issues) and `ticket_project` (Jira project keys, Linear teams) feed the ticket extractors. `since_days` and `max_items` match `briar extract --since-days/--max`. Dry-run (lists what would run, calls nothing) unless confirm=true.
