  • add_label

    Add one or more labels to an email.

  • archive_email

    Archive an email by removing it from the inbox.

  • check_auth_status

    Check whether the OAuth token for one or all accounts is valid. Call this proactively before send operations in long conversations to avoid mid-flight auth failures.

  • complete_auth

    Finish OAuth2 authentication after the user has opened the URL from initiate_auth and completed the Google sign-in flow.

  • create_draft

    Save an email as a draft without sending.

  • get_active_account

    Show the currently active Gmail account for this conversation.

  • get_email

    Fetch the full content of an email by ID.

  • initiate_auth

    Start OAuth2 authentication for a Gmail account. Returns a URL the user must open in their browser. After the user completes sign-in, call complete_auth.

  • list_accounts

    List all authenticated Gmail accounts with their labels. Labels are the authoritative account identifiers — always use the label to determine which account is work, personal, etc. Never infer account purpose from the email domain. Always call this first so you know which label maps to which address.

    List all Gmail labels for an account.

    Mark an email as read.

  • mark_as_unread

    Mark an email as unread.

  • remove_account

    Remove a Gmail account and its stored credentials.

    Remove one or more labels from an email.

    Reply to an existing email, preserving thread context.
