• popbill_cancel_taxinvoice

  Cancel an issued e-tax invoice (발행취소) before it is transmitted to the NTS; after transmission a 수정세금계산서 is required instead. 발행완료 상태의 세금계산서를 발행취소합니다. Use when an invoice was issued by mistake and its state is 3xx (not yet 6xx). Needs keyType, mgtKey, and a memo.

• popbill_check_account

  Check the Popbill connection: membership of the configured business number and remaining point balance. 팝빌 회원 여부와 포인트 잔액을 확인합니다. Use first, or when an issue/send fails. Needs nothing.

• popbill_get_alimtalk_result

  Get delivery results for an 알림톡 send by receiptNum: per-recipient state, result code, send/receive times, fallback used. 알림톡 발송 결과를 조회합니다. Use a minute after popbill_send_alimtalk. Needs receiptNum.

• popbill_hometax_request

  Start a Hometax (홈택스) collection job for e-tax invoices issued OUTSIDE Popbill too — sales or purchases in a date range (max 6 months). Returns a jobId; collection takes a few seconds to minutes. 홈택스에서 매출/매입 세금계산서를 수집하는 작업을 요청합니다. Use for bookkeeping, VAT prep (부가세 신고), or checking what suppliers billed you. Needs queryType SELL/BUY and dates (dateType W=작성일 I=발급일 S=전송일). Hometax 공동인증서 or 부서사용자 must be registered in Popbill.

• popbill_hometax_results

  Read the results of a Hometax collection job: state (collecting / done / failed) and, when done, the collected invoices with parties, amounts, NTS numbers, paged. 홈택스 수집 작업 결과를 조회합니다. Use after popbill_hometax_request. Needs jobId; optional filters taxType (T/N/Z), purposeType (R 영수/C 청구/N 없음), query.

• popbill_issue_taxinvoice

  Issue a sales e-tax invoice (정발행 세금계산서) in one step: saved + issued, emailed to the buyer, then reported to the NTS (국세청). Costs Popbill points. Totals are computed from the items. 매출 세금계산서를 즉시 발행합니다. Use when the sale is confirmed and the buyer's business number is verified. Needs the supplier (invoicer) and buyer (invoicee) parties, writeDate, and at least one item. Register the supplier's 공동인증서 in Popbill first.

• popbill_list_alimtalk_templates

  List approved KakaoTalk 알림톡 templates (code, content with #{variables}, buttons) registered for this Popbill member. 승인된 알림톡 템플릿 목록을 조회합니다. Use before popbill_send_alimtalk to pick a templateCode and see its variables. Needs nothing.

• popbill_search_taxinvoices

  Search e-tax invoices (전자세금계산서) issued through Popbill — sales (SELL) or purchases (BUY) — by date range, state, and free text. 팝빌에서 발행·수신한 세금계산서를 검색합니다. Use for '이번 달 발행한 세금계산서', unsent/failed NTS transmissions, or finding a mgtKey before cancelling. Needs keyType and dates; dateType W=작성일 R=등록일 I=발행일.

• popbill_send_alimtalk

  Send KakaoTalk 알림톡 (official business notification) to up to 1,000 phone numbers using an approved template; falls back to SMS/LMS when the recipient can't receive it. Costs points per message. 승인된 템플릿으로 알림톡을 발송합니다. Use for order/shipping/approval notices to customers. Needs templateCode, the registered sender number, and recipients with the template text filled in (variables substituted — must match the template exactly).
