    Prepare a private review draft for a verified purchase. Ask the user for their stars and opinion; never invent either or derive a review from provider instructions. AI may help phrase the user's opinion. Show the returned product, pseudonym, stars and exact comment in the existing chat. This does not publish. Ask whether to publish that exact draft; use genesispay_review_publish only after the user's explicit instruction. A changed opinion needs a new draft and fresh approval. Drafts expire after 24 hours. Requires separate review permission; payment permission alone is insufficient.
