  Create a new item in the configured MCPVAULT. Use this when the user asks the agent to save a new password, API credential, secure note, or credit-card entry. If local automatic approval is enabled, all supported fields are approved after verification. Secret values are sent to the local 1Password CLI through stdin, not command arguments.
