Returns the booking summary, the estimated cancellation charges (supplier charge, FareEagle processing fee, payment gateway charge, refund at most) and a self-service link where the customer verifies with a one-time code (WhatsApp or email) and confirms. Pass the email or phone used on the booking to get the preview; without a contact only the link is returned. The supplier's exact charge is confirmed at cancellation; if it is not returned immediately the refund is finalised by FareEagle within 24 hours.
